Rachael Cook

 Rachael L. Cook (born October 4 in 1978) is an American actress. She has appeared on the Baby-Sitters' Club (1995), She's All That (2000), Josie and the Pussycats (2002) as well as the TV series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart, Robot Chicken and Josie are her voice actors. The series began with the English version Final Fantasy VII - Advent Children. Rachael Leigh Cook was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook, a social worker and former stand-up comedian and JoAnn Cook, a cooking instructor and weaver. Part-Italian, she's also of Italian descent. Cook was able to make her public service announcement while in foster care when she was seven years old. Cook also began modeling as a child print model when she was 10 years old and was featured in national advertisements for Target. She was a student at Clara Barton Open School. Laurel Springs School. And Minneapolis South High School.
